มาตรา 33
- ถ้าเหตุที่ทำให้เป็นคนไร้ความสามารถได้สุดสิ้นไปแล้ว และเมื่อบุคคลผู้นั้นเองหรือบุคคลใดๆ ดังกล่าวมาในมาตรา ๒๙ นั้น ร้องขอต่อศาล ก็ให้ศาลถอนคำที่ได้สั่งให้เป็นคนไร้ความสามารถนั้นให้
- คำสั่งของศาลถอนคำสั่งเดิมนี้ ให้โฆษณาในราชกิจจานุเบกษา
