มาตรา 114
- การใดเป็นการผิดแผกแตกต่างกับบทบัญญัติของกฎหมายใดๆ ถ้ามิใช่กฎหมายอันเกี่ยวกับความสงบเรียบร้อยหรือศีลธรรมอันดีของประชาชนแล้ว เพียงแต่เหตุเท่านั้น ท่านว่าการนั้นหาเป็นโมฆะไม่
