- ผู้ทรงสิทธิยึดหน่วงจะใช้สิทธิของตนแก่ทรัพย์สินทั้งหมดที่ยึดหน่วงไว้นั้นจนกว่าจะชำระหนี้สิ้นเชิงก็ได้
