- ถ้าผู้ทรงสิทธิยึดหน่วงต้องเสียค่าใช้จ่ายไปตามที่จำเป็นเกี่ยวด้วยทรัพย์สินอันตนยึดหน่วงไว้นั้นเพียงใด จะเรียกให้เจ้าทรัพย์ชดใช้ให้ก็ได้
