- การปลดหนี้ให้แก่ลูกหนี้ร่วมกันคนหนึ่งนั้น ย่อมเป็นไปเพื่อประโยชน์แก่ลูกหนี้คนอื่นๆ เพียงเท่าส่วนของลูกหนี้ที่ได้ปลดให้ เว้นแต่จะได้ตกลงกันเป็นอย่างอื่น
