มาตรา 316
- ถ้าการชำระหนี้นั้นได้ทำให้แก่ผู้ครองตามปรากฏแห่งสิทธิในมูลหนี้ ท่านว่าการชำระหนี้นั้นจะสมบูรณ์ก็แต่เมื่อบุคคลผู้ชำระหนี้ได้กระทำการโดยสุจริต
