มาตรา 332
- ถ้าลูกหนี้จำต้องชำระหนี้ต่อเมื่อเจ้าหนี้จะต้องชำระหนี้ตอบแทนด้วยไซร้ ท่านว่าลูกหนี้จะกำหนดว่าต่อเมื่อเจ้าหนี้ชำระหนี้ตอบแทนจึงให้มีสิทธิรับเอาทรัพย์ที่วางไว้นั้นก็ได้
