มาตรา 339
- สิทธิของเจ้าหนี้เหนือทรัพย์ที่วางไว้นั้นเป็นอันระงับสิ้นไปเมื่อพ้นเวลาสิบปี นับแต่ได้รับคำบอกกล่าวการวางทรัพย์
- อนึ่ง เมื่อสิทธิของเจ้าหนี้ระงับสิ้นไปแล้ว ถึงแม้ลูกหนี้จะได้ละสิทธิถอนทรัพย์ ก็ยังชอบที่จะถอนทรัพย์นั้นได้
