มาตรา 353
- ถ้าสิทธิและความรับผิดในหนี้รายใดตกอยู่แก่บุคคลคนเดียวกัน ท่านว่าหนี้รายนั้นเป็นอันระงับสิ้นไป เว้นแต่เมื่อหนี้นั้นตกไปอยู่ในบังคับแห่งสิทธิของบุคคลภายนอก หรือเมื่อสลักหลังตั๋วเงินกลับคืนตามความในมาตรา ๙๑๗ วรรค ๓
