มาตรา 362
- บุคคลออกโฆษณาให้คำมั่นว่าจะให้รางวัลแก่ผู้ซึ่งกระทำการอันใด ท่านว่าจำต้องให้รางวัลแก่บุคคลใดๆ ผู้ใดกระทำการอันนั้น แม้ถึงมิใช่ว่าผู้นั้นจะได้กระทำเพราะเห็นแก่รางวัล
