มาตรา 389
- ถ้าการชำระหนี้ทั้งหมดหรือแต่บางส่วนกลายเป็นพ้นวิสัยเพราะเหตุอย่างใดอย่างหนึ่งอันจะโทษลูกหนี้ได้ไซร้ เจ้าหนี้จะเลิกสัญญานั้นเสียก็ได้
