มาตรา 411
- บุคคลใดได้กระทำการเพื่อชำระหนี้ เป็นการอันฝ่าฝืนข้อห้ามตามกฎหมายหรือศีลธรรมอันดี ท่านว่าบุคคลนั้นหาอาจจะเรียกร้องคืนทรัพย์ได้ไม่
