• ตั้งแต่วันที่ใช้ประมวลกฎหมายนี้สืบไป ให้ยกเลิกบรรดากฎหมาย กฎ และข้อบังคับอื่นๆ ในส่วนที่มีบัญญัติไว้แล้วในประมวลกฎหมายนี้ หรือซึ่งแย้งกับบทแห่งประมวลกฎหมายนี้
