มาตรา 440
- ในกรณีที่ต้องใช้ราคาทรัพย์อันได้เอาของเขาไปก็ดี ในกรณีที่ต้องใช้ราคาทรัพย์อันลดน้อยลงเพราะบุบสลายก็ดี ฝ่ายผู้ต้องเสียหายจะเรียกดอกเบี้ยในจำนวนเงินที่จะต้องใช้ คิดตั้งแต่เวลาอันเป็นฐานที่ตั้งแห่งการประมาณราคานั้นก็ได้
