- นีติกรรมใดมีเงื่อนไขบังคับก่อน และเงื่อนไขนั้นเป็นการอันพ้นวิสัย ท่านว่านีติกรรมนั้นเป็นโมฆะ
- นีติกรรมใดมีเงื่อนไขบังคับหลัง และเงื่อนไขนั้นเป็นการอันพ้นวิสัย ท่านว่านีติกรรมนั้นเป็นอันสมบูรณ์ปราศจากเงื่อนไข
