  • ถ้าในเวลาที่อายุความจะสุดสิ้นลงนั้น มีเหตุสุดวิสัยมากีดกันมิให้เจ้าหนี้สามารถทำให้อายุความสดุดหยุดลงได้ไซร้ ท่านว่าอายุความนั้นยังไม่ครบบริบูรณ์จนกว่าจะพ้นเวลาสามสิบวันนับแต่วันที่อุปสรรคเช่นนั้นได้ศูนย์สิ้นไป
