- ในการวินิจฉัยคดีข้อสำคัญผิดก็ดี กลฉ้อฉลก็ดี ข่มขู่ก็ดี ท่านให้พิเคราะห์ถึงเพศ อายุ ฐานะ อนามัย และนิสสัยใจคอของผู้เจ้าทุกข์ ตลอดถึงพฤติการณ์อื่นทั้งปวงอันอาจเป็นน้ำหนักแต่การนั้นด้วย
