  • ถ้าบุคคลผู้หนึ่งผู้ใดดั่งระบุไว้ในมาตรา ๑๓๗ ให้สัตยาบันแก่โมฆียะกรรม ท่านให้ถือว่าการนั้นเป็นอันสมบูรณ์มาแต่เริ่มแรก แต่ข้อนี้หาอาจจะกระทบกระทั่งถึงสิทธิทั้งหลายของบุคคลภายนอกได้ไม่
