- นอกจากกรณีที่กล่าวไว้ในมาตราก่อน การชำระหนี้แก่บุคคลผู้ไม่มีสิทธิจะได้รับนั้น ท่านว่าย่อมสมบูรณ์เพียงเท่าที่ตัวเจ้าหนี้ได้ลาภงอกขึ้นแต่การนั้น
