- บุคคลผู้ถือใบเสร็จเป็นสำคัญ ท่านนับว่าเป็นผู้มีสิทธิจะได้รับชำระหนี้ แต่ความที่กล่าวนี้ท่านมิให้ใช้ ถ้าบุคคลผู้ชำระหนี้รู้ว่าสิทธิเช่นนั้นหามีไม่ หรือไม่รู้เท่าถึงสิทธินั้นเพราะความประมาทเลินเล่อของตน
