มาตรา 347
- ลูกหนี้คนที่สามหากได้รับคำสั่งศาลห้ามมิให้ใช้เงินแล้ว จะยกเอาหนี้ซึ่งตนได้มาภายหลังแต่นั้นขึ้นเป็นข้อต่อสู้เจ้าหนี้ผู้ที่ขอให้ยึดทรัพย์นั้น ท่านว่าหาอาจจะยกได้ไม่
