มาตรา 355
- บุคคลทำคำเสนอไปยังผู้อื่นซึ่งอยู่ห่างกันโดยระยะทาง และมิได้บ่งระยะเวลาให้ทำคำสนอง จะถอนคำเสนอของตนเสียภายในเวลาอันควรคาดหมายว่าจะได้รับคำบอกกล่าวสนองนั้น ท่านว่าหาอาจจะถอนได้ไม่
