- คำเสนอทำแก่บุคคลผู้อยู่เฉพาะหน้า โดยมิได้บ่งระยะเวลาให้ทำคำสนองนั้น เสนอ ณ ที่ใดเวลาใดก็ย่อมจะสนองรับได้แต่ ณ ที่นั้นเวลานั้น ความข้อนี้ท่านให้ใช้ตลอดถึงการที่บุคคลคนหนึ่งทำคำเสนอไปยังบุคคลอีกคนหนึ่งทางโทรศัพท์ด้วย
