มาตรา 386
- ถ้าคู่สัญญาฝ่ายหนึ่งมีสิทธิเลิกสัญญาโดยข้อสัญญาหรือโดยบทบัญญัติแห่งกฎหมาย การเลิกสัญญาเช่นนั้นย่อมทำด้วยแสดงเจตนาแก่อีกฝ่ายหนึ่ง
- แสดงเจตนาดังกล่าวมาในวรรคก่อนนั้น ท่านว่าหาอาจจะถอนได้ไม่
