มาตรา 422
- ถ้าความเสียหายเกิดแต่การฝ่าฝืนบทบังคับแห่งกฎหมายใดอันมีที่ประสงค์เพื่อจะปกป้องบุคคลอื่นๆ ผู้ใดทำการฝ่าฝืนเช่นนั้น ท่านให้สันนิษฐานไว้ก่อนว่าผู้นั้นเป็นผู้ผิด
