มาตรา 447
- บุคคลใดทำให้เขาต้องเสียหายแก่ชื่อเสียง เมื่อผู้ต้องเสียหายร้องขอ ศาลจะสั่งให้บุคคลนั้นจัดการตามควรเพื่อทำให้ชื่อเสียงของผู้นั้นกลับคืนดีแทนให้ใช้ค่าเสียหายหรือทั้งให้ใช้ค่าเสียหายด้วยก็ได้
