มาตรา 38
- ภายในบังคับแห่งบทบัญญัติทั้งหลายต่อไปนี้ หญิงมีสามี ถ้ามิได้รับอนุญาตของสามี หาอาจทำการอันหนึ่งอันใดที่จะผูกพันสินบริคณห์ได้ไม่
- การใดอันกระทำลงฝ่าฝืนบทบัญญัติอันนี้ ท่านว่าเป็นโมฆียะ
