มาตรา 85

• มูลนิธินั้น จะจัดตั้งขึ้นเป็นนีติบุคคลด้วยรัฐบาลให้อำนาจเช่นนั้นก็ได้
• อนึ่งภายในสิบสีวันนับแต่รัฐบาลได้ให้อำนาจแล้ว ให้เสนาบดีผู้เป็นเจ้าหน้าที่จัดการให้เก็บใจความแห่งข้อสำคัญของนิธินั้น โฆษณาในราชกิจจานุเบกษา

Section 85. (Draft in English from Vol.79)

• [I] A foundation may be constituted as a juristic person upon authorization by the Government.
• [II] Within fourteen days after the authorization being granted, a summary of the particulars of the foundation shall be caused to be published in the Government Gazette by the competent minister.
