มาตรา 323
  • ถ้าวัตถุแห่งหนี้เป็นอันให้ส่งมอบทรัพย์เฉพาะสิ่ง ท่านว่าบุคคลผู้ชำระหนี้จะต้องส่งมอบทรัพย์ตามสภาพที่เป็นอยู่ในเวลาที่จะพึงส่งมอบ
