- ทรัพย์แบ่งได้นั้น คือทรัพย์อันอาจจะแยกออกจากกันเป็นส่วนๆ ได้จริงถนัดชัดแจ้ง แต่ละส่วนได้รูปบริบูรณ์ลำพังตัว
