มาตรา 120
- การแสดงเจตนา ถ้าทำโดยสำคัญผิดในคุณสมบัติของบุคคลหรือทรัพย์ ซึ่งตามปกติย่อมนับว่าเป็นสาระสำคัญนั้นไสร้ แสดงเจตนาอย่างนี้ท่านว่าเป็นโมฆียะ
