มาตรา 251
- ผู้ทรงบุริมสิทธิย่อมทรงไว้ซึ่งสิทธิเหนือทรัพย์สินของลูกหนี้ในการที่จะได้รับชำระหนี้อันค้างชำระแก่ตน จากทรัพย์สินนั้นก่อนเจ้าหนี้อื่นๆ โดยนัยดังบัญญัติไว้ในประมวลกฎหมายนี้ หรือบทกฎหมายอื่น
