มาตรา 290
- ถ้าการชำระหนี้เป็นการอันจะแบ่งกันชำระได้ และมีบุคคลหลายคนเป็นเจ้าหนี้ก็ดี เมื่อกรณีเป็นที่สงสัย ท่านว่าลูกหนี้แต่ละคนจะต้องรับผิดเพียงเป็นส่วนเท่าๆ กัน
