มาตรา 20
- ผู้เยาว์ย่อมบรรลุนีติภาวะเมื่อทำการสมรส หากการสมรสนั้นได้ทำเมื่อฝ่ายชายผู้เยาว์มีอายุสิบเจ็ดปี และฝ่ายหญิงผู้เยาว์มีอายุสิบห้าปีบริบูรณ์แล้ว
