มาตรา 320

• อันจะบังคับให้เจ้าหนี้รับชำระหนี้แต่เพียงบางส่วนหรือให้รับชำระหนี้เป็นอย่างอื่นผิดไปจากที่จะต้องชำระแก่เจ้าหนี้นั้น ท่านว่าหาอาจจะบังคับได้ไม่
