มาตรา 15
- สภาพบุคคลย่อมเริ่มแต่เมื่อคลอดแล้วอยู่รอดเป็นทารก และสุดสิ้นลงเมื่อตาย
- ทารกในครรภ์มารดาก็สามารถมีสิทธิต่างๆ ได้ หากว่าภายหลังเกิดมารอดอยู่
