มาตรา 156
- วิธีการกำหนดนับระยะเวลาทั้งปวง ท่านให้บังคับด้วยบทบัญญัติทั้งหลายแห่งลักษณะนี้ เว้นแต่จะมีกำหนดไว้เป็นประการอื่นโดยกฎหมายหรือกฎข้อบังคับ โดยคำสั่งศาล หรือโดยนีติกรรม
