มาตรา 177
- การยื่นคำร้องขอพิสูจน์หนี้ในคดีล้มละลาย ท่านไม่นับว่าเป็นเหตุให้อายุความสดุดหยุดลง หากว่าใบพิสูจน์หนี้นั้นได้ถอนเสีย ละทิ้งเสีย หรือต้องยกเสียแล้ว
