- อันว่านีติกรรมนั้น ได้แก่การใดๆ อันทำลงโดยชอบด้วยกฎหมายและด้วยใจสมัคร มุ่งโดยตรงต่อการผูกนีติสัมพันธ์ขึ้นระหว่างบุคคล เพื่อจะก่อ เปลี่ยนแปลง โอน สงวน หรือระงับซึ่งสิทธิ
