- สิทธิเรียกร้องของรัฐบาลเพื่อเอาค่าภาษีอากรท่านให้มีกำหนดอายุความสิบปี เรียกเพื่อหนี้อย่างอื่นท่านให้บังคับตามบทบัญญัติสามมาตราก่อนนี้
