- เมื่อความข้อใดข้อหนึ่งในเอกสารอาจตีความได้เป็นสองนัย นัยไหนจะทำให้เป็นผลบังคับได้ ท่านให้ถือเอาตามนัยนั้นดีกว่าที่จะถือเอานัยที่ไร้ผล
