มาตรา 163
- อันสิทธิเรียกร้องใดๆ ถ้ามิได้ใช้บังคับเสียภายในระยะเวลาอันกฎหมายกำหนดไว้ ท่านว่าตกเป็นอันขาดอายุความ ห้ามมิให้ฟ้องร้อง
