- ผู้เยาว์อาจทำการใดๆ ได้ทั้งสิ้นซึ่งเป็นการสมแก่ฐานานุรูปแห่งตน และเป็นการอันจำเป็นเพื่อเลี้ยงชีพตามสมควร
