มาตรา 43
- ถ้าสามีหน่วง หรือถอนการอนุญาตโดยปราศจากเหตุอันสมควร หญิงมีสามีจะร้องขอต่อศาลเพื่อสั่งอนุญาตให้ตนจัดการแก่ส่วนของตนในสินบริคณห์ก็ได้
- เวลาพิจารณาคำร้อง ต้องเรียกสามีมาสู่ศาลด้วย
- เมื่อศาลเห็นว่าการนั้นจะเป็นคุณประโยชน์แก่หญิงนั้น จะออกคำสั่งอนุญาตก็ได้ และศาลจะถอนคืนหรือจำกัดข้อคำสั่งอนุญาตนั้นเมื่อใดก็ได้ตามแต่จะเห็นสมควร

- If the husband refuse to authorize his wife to pass an act, the wife may cause her husband to be cited directly before the court of first instance, of the circle of their common domicile, which may give or refuse its authority, after the husband shall have been heard, or duly summoned before the chamber of council.
