มาตรา 209
  • ถ้าได้กำหนดเวลาไว้เป็นแน่นอนเพื่อให้เจ้าหนี้กระทำการอันใด ท่านว่าจะขอปฏิบัติการชำระหนี้นั้นจะต้องทำก็แต่เมื่อเจ้าหนี้ทำการอันนั้นภายในเวลากำหนด
