มาตรา 376

ข้อต่อสู้อันเกิดแต่มูลสัญญาดังกล่าวมาในมาตรา ๓๗๔ นั้น ลูกหนี้อาจจะยกขึ้นต่อสู้บุคคลภายนอกผู้จะได้รับประโยชน์จากสัญญานั้นได้
