  • ถ้าบุคคลใดได้เลือกเอาถิ่นใด โดยมีเจตนาปรากฏชัดแจ้งว่าจะให้เป็นภูมิลำเนาเฉพาะการเพื่อทำการใด ให้ถือว่าถิ่นนั้นเป็นภูมิลำเนาเฉพาะการสำหรับการนั้น
