มาตรา 71
- ในกรณีที่นิติบุคคลมีผู้แทนหลายคน การดำเนินกิจการของนิติบุคคลให้เป็นไปตามเสียงข้างมากของผู้แทนของนิติบุคคลนั้น เว้นแต่จะได้มีข้อกำหนดไว้เป็นประการอื่นในกฎหมาย ข้อบังคับ หรือตราสารจัดตั้ง
