มาตรา 108
- ผู้ใดประสงค์จะขอตรวจเอกสารเกี่ยวกับสมาคมที่นายทะเบียนเก็บรักษาไว้ หรือจะขอให้นายทะเบียนคัดสำเนาเอกสารดังกล่าว พร้อมด้วยคำรับรองว่าถูกต้อง ให้ยื่นคำขอต่อนายทะเบียน และเมื่อได้เสียค่าธรรมเนียมตามที่กำหนดในกฎกระทรวงแล้ว ให้นายทะเบียนปฏิบัติตามคำขอนั้น
