มาตรา 69
- ในกรณีที่นิติบุคคลมีที่ตั้งที่ทำการหลายแห่งหรือมีสำนักงานสาขา ให้ถือว่าถิ่นอันเป็นที่ตั้งของที่ทำการหรือของสำนักงานสาขาเป็นภูมิลำเนาในส่วนกิจการอันได้กระทำ ณ ที่นั้นด้วย
